Formalin-Fixed Paraffin Embedded Tissue Sections requires High temperature antigenunmasking with 10 mM citrate buffer,?pH 6.0 must be performed prior to theimmunostaining. Incubation Time: 30?minutes at room temperature. Positive Control: Tonsil.
