Protein markers are used to calculate molecular weights of proteins in a sample that is run on a gel. Odyssey Molecular Weight Marker fluoresces in the 700nm channel of any of the Odyssey Imaging Systems and contains ten protein bands of 10, 15, 20, 25, 37, 50, 75, 100, 150, and 250 kDa, with molecular weight shifts of 5 % and minimal band broadening.
